Sales & Marketing Associate

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to join our software development services company. The Sales & Marketing Associate will play a critical role in promoting our services, generating leads, and growing our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our software development services
• Identify and pursue potential clients through cold-calling, email outreach, and social media marketing
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive analysis
• Participate in sales meetings and presentations to pitch our services to potential clients
• Collaborate with the development team to create effective marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and whitepapers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and marketing activities in the CRM system
• Continuously monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize our strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the software development industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
