About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Executive – Marketing Lead who can bring in new business, foster relationships, and take ownership of our marketing efforts. This hybrid role blends sales acumen with strategic digital marketing to drive growth and visibility for Shayan Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities from Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and similar platforms.
  • Craft compelling proposals, marketing strategies, and client pitches.
  • Lead outreach campaigns and collaborate on branding and promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing and lead generation funnels.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set growth targets and drive revenue.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in business development or digital marketing (preferably in a tech company).
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and freelance marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with understanding of web and mobile development services.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strategic mindset.
